Please provide full detail and evidence: I went to put my gun away and the car that was spawned was local and I had put my gun in the local boot the actual car came and the inventory was empty. I pulled it out to check and the gun wasn't in either car.

This is a known bug that it spawns as an NPC vehicle as you're putting the items inside the boot then spawns as your own vehicle and you store it. Obviously in this case, the other Ballas member has spawned a car and when you have pressed 'Y' it has went into his NPC car instead of your actual car.

Please in the future, be mindful about this bug and wait until your vehicle spawns properly before you put items into the boot!
