Unfortunately your compensation request today does not meet our 'Compensation Request Criteria' or more specifically the fact that today's emergency restart at 8pm was announced with at least 30 minutes warning and what I am being told was warnings every 5 minutes. 

As such today I'm going to have to deny your compensation request.
