These items lost should be able to be confirmed by Anthony Jolly as he was the arresting officer and dealt with the items ingame along with a search record.

A rule was broken by the reported player, however, as you had a warrant out for the original kidnapping with sightings of a Carbine and this is the weapon found in your glovebox with matching ballistics, it has been deliberated by multiple members of staff and agreed upon that that your arrest leading to these items getting seized was a natural outcome for the RP, not from the rulebreak of the reported player.

Therefore, your compensation request will be getting denied.
