Please provide full detail and evidence: 3-5 minutes before server restart (midnight), I was revived by a medic in downtown Kavala. When I logged back in after the restart, all my gear was gone and I was naked. No clothes, no map, no nothing.
In the video, you can see me opening my inventory shortly before restart when checking my storage boxes. It also showes me starting naked after.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: I had AAF uniform, plate carrier, shemag mask, carryall backpack, nightvision, low profile goggles, and 8x 20rnd 7.62 mags.

You lost your stuff, because you didn't sync on time / logged out on time. As wel you clearly dont understand the compensation request:

...and here are the things we are unable to compensate:

• Housing Storage Boxes ( Completely at your own risk - Most peoples are 'trouble free') Anything stored in storage ( Again at your own risk )
  
• Y/T Menu items ( Gold / Drugs / Clams / Oil / Salt / Copper etc)
  
• Houses/Garages (They auto expire after 60 days of not logging on)
  
• Under 100k requests when you have more than 1 million in your account.
  
• User Error ( You accidentally pressed the wrong button or you jumped out a window)
  
• Client Issues ( Your Arma 3 crashed - This is your own responsibility)
  
• Arma Issues ( Random Deaths / Glitching / Flying in the air / Random Explosions)
  
• Server 2 and/or 3 going offline past 12am (Yes it will happen without warning and it is up to you to switch to S1)
