Please provide full detail and evidence: So i started playing on the server around 18:00dutch time (17:00UK time?) and played till 22:00. First i was buisy mining copper in my 60k truck with a cappacity of 450. The mining and proccesing went pretty smooth, but when i drove back the server crashed. When i logged back in all my 125 proccesed copper was gone. This dident bother me a lot since the coppermining and proccesing circle is rather small. I switched to server 2, waited for the server reset (20:00 UK time, 21:00 Dutch time) and made my way to the iron mine, since iron is worth more then copper, and i had a good 1hour left to play. The mining and driving to the ironproccesing went well, but i first needed to buy a ironproccesing licens so i drove to the near town to get 25k from my bank account. Whilst driving towards the ironproccesing server 2 crashed. When i logged back in my backpack and trunk with around 90 iron ore was gone.

Usually im not the kind of player that goes to complain on forums, and i like the experiance a game on my own. But wasting 4hours of my evening (probaly 3hours mining/proccesing copper/iron) leaves me with a very sour taste and it just doesen't seem fair. I hope the logs can confirm my story. Sorry for any grammatical mistakes i made, English is not my native language.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: Since im rahter new to the server, i dont know the avarage value of copper and iron. Also, this was my first iron run so i've never sold iron before.
125 proccesed copper (once sold for 1.3k, once sold for 1.4k?)
90 iron ore (Dont know the avarage value)

Hello @Azrael we understand your ffrustration. Could you please confirm around what time did the server crash?

First time around 19:45 dutch time, wich would be around 18:45 UK time.
Second time around 22:07 dutch time, wich would be around 21:07 UK time.
The server did crash more often, but i diden't lose anystuff in those crashes.

Sadly no, as i mentioned before i just started playing and created a forum account to ask for a compensation, since someone in chat told me i could do so. I did not know it was a requirment to have a video/screenshot at the time the incident occured and only found out once i logged onto the forums. Immidiatly after the incident i logged off and went on the forums, thats why i sent a picture of my steam account. I could send a picture with an empty truck, but it wouldent contain be of the relevant time stamp, en could be concidered a fraud. I understand if i dont get compencated since im not forfilling the requirments for a compensation, but i hope the board understands the situation i'm in.

@Azrael We fully understand how frustrating this can be. But sadly with out the slightest of evidence we can not assist. Until we can stabilize the servers with the new update please just take a quick screen shot / video every time you start along task with the content of the vehicle included. Sometimes we would give the benefit of the doubt if you were in a real struggle but I checked your stats and you have over 500K.
