Please provide full detail and evidence: Hello, today after the 18:00 PM (UK time (don't know exact time though- could be up to +1 h because of locked server wait) I want to UNMC territory in the North. I bought the border licence for 50k and went to get rebel training licence for 500k. I bought the licence and started to buy items, but I got disconnected after the update close the time when servers opened. After servers came back online again, went there again (this time without a border licence) and I realized that my money was gone and the licence data was not synced. Unfortunately since it happened unexpectedly I have no other evidence than my second trip there standing at black market with no money.

Hello @Arkelan 

All of our server's restart every 4 hours, 12-4-8-12, That I think may have happened is that the server restarted and you purchased your licence right before restart. This would fall under client error, I.E It is your responsibility. Plus along with this that the evidence is poor, we would need to see some proof of purchase before hand.

To that I'm sorry to say that I will be Refusing this compensation.

P.S UNMC border passes are only used once per restart, so you have to buy one every restart.
