The date when this happened: 04/05/21
Please provide full detail and evidence: So basically a guy with an irish accent who I don't know the name of was selling a car on twitter, i liked the car so i phoned him and asked to buy and meet me at legion lower car park. He came to legion with the car and he said okay 260k for the car transfer me half the money and ill transfer the car and you transfer the other half. I transferred him 130k and he got into the car and drove off. My shadowplay has no volume of my voice but basically i was asking him why he scammed me. but i have some screenshots. I don't know the guys name but I have the session ID i sent the money too which was 256, when he caught up to him he combat logged and then had the ID 583.
Wouldnt let me add multiple links, i didnt have my recording on when we met but i got screenshots of me giving him the money and him running away.
