Please provide full detail and evidence: I just spawned into the server and i spawned dead for no reason whatsoever i wasnt dead or anything like that the last time i was in the server , there are 2 people next to me who also just spawned and died, so i alert nhs and there is no response and then a guy walks by me so i ask him to take me to the hospital and he says okay i'll take you , so he puts me in a car and heads to the ocean and throws me along with the car , so the car sank along with me, 3 people tried to help me and it wasnt possible to take me out of the car while its deep sunk in the ocean, and the timer was over and i died.

@Masis Hello , no unfortunately i didn't record what happened because i didnt think it was a big deal that i was dead when i first spawned in as it happened to me alot of times before and no admins would respond on the chat , and i would always get rescued by my mates and taken to the hospital , so i didn't think the guy who offered to help was gonna throw me in the ocean. the only thing that i lost that i really care about is the 864 casino play tokens because i wanted to get a few more and spin the wheel.
