Please provide full detail and evidence: Its pretty clear, I made sure I was unarmed before I got off my bike, I didn't toggle my weapons at all after I made sure my weapons were put away and i go to the corner to repair my bike and my shotgun automatically pulls out causing the police to arrest me and losing my weapons and getting a gun charge I should not have received.

Hello @AlexBarclays , it is clear that you had no intention to pull the weapon out. It's also very unfortunate that this happened to you. HOWEVER, you must have at some point gotten on the bike with the gun drawn. I tested this theory with staff leads at which point does a weapon get drawn. We concluded that the only time when stepping of a bike a gun will be drawn. Is when you had it out whilst getting on it. This is NOT a game bug. For the future I would recommend that you step off your bike before entering the public scene, as to prevent from that happening again.
