The date when this happened: 09/16/22

Please provide full detail and evidence: I was playing blackjack and I had put down a 150k hand. I got a 17 on the table but on the bottom right it said 19 and I did not know which one to follow. Even when I "lost" it said I had lost with a 19 and the dealer had 18 at the top left corner of the screen.I do think this was a glitch that affected if i would of hit or not and I do believe I deserve my money back. I don't want to ask for 800k but this had put me into a rabbit hole of trying to make up for losses and id be pushing my luck but it was only a 150k hand so I would at least just like my 150k back (although i would be very grateful for 800k as I grind almost 13 hours a day everyday in the city daily for this kind of money).

And yes I do know I would have busted if I hit but I do not think its fair that it says 19 in 1 spot but gives 17 in another. And even after everything I would have won if i did have 19 like it said in the bottom right and top left as the dealer only had 18. So I really do believe I should at least get 150k back.

 
Hello @AlexBarclays, do you have a longer clip? Preferably of when you first placed the bet? This clip is very short and at the end of the bet, after the UI Screen goes away. Making it impossible to know what the UI in the bottom right showed.

To quote this message of yours, if this was approved, you would certainly not be getting any more than what you lost, never mind over 5 times the amount. To make a request like that in itself, I was tempted to decline this without hesitation. Instead, I'll break my decision down for you.

It is a game of blackjack. You should always go by the cards, and not a UI screen. Furthermore, in the extended clip you have provided the UI screen which seems to experience the UI Glitch appears for a quick second (if that). I honestly don't believe that this UI screen affected your decision in holding.
