Please provide full detail and evidence: I was on my bike driving round the city then next minute I fall through the world, and when I come back up I die randomly i don't know why

I have been working all night too get this coke and bag it up and as soon as I'm about too go put it in my house i get killed by a glitch

I don't have evidence as i didn't expect this too happen

Whilst i can understand the frustration you must have for this. I also cannot just hand over 420 banks of coke and the other things based on your word. I know you opened a ticket and you asked for staff help however this was quite early and no staff were available. For this i can see why you would be even more frustrated.

I can only apologise and recommend you to record game play for any instances like this. Also a lot of people have issues with falling through floors and such and usually lowering graphics settings helps..  

Sorry again, however i will be denying this based on no evidence.
