4. Please provide full detail and evidence: so when driving back to the city with a full truck of iron,diamonds and gold my truck fell through the floor and when i came back to the surface my guy was standing at the side of the road no truck to be seen. tried reporting in game where the incident took place but nobody could help in game. and after that my friend picked me up in the other truck full and someone VDM'D the both of us randomly and took the rest of our stuff, on his quadbike there was no way for us to defend ourselves either, you cant pull someone off a quadbike and you cant punch them either, also tried to report this in game but when i did i got kicked for no reason, id love to get help with this please and speak to staff about the abuse you can do on a quadbike to others.

6. Lost items and total value of compensation.: 2 trucks at inventory limit of a mixture of gold/iron and diamonds( must have only been around 10 diamons or so) not sure the total value, think 1 truck full is like 45-55k
