Please provide full detail and evidence: Me, GreenBear and CJ were flying in the helicopter (CJ piloting)
CJ then got disconnected from the server causing me and GreenBear to crash to the ground and die.
I have the video from CJ flying then disconnecting which is the first video, unfortunately, my video starts from me being in the burning helicopter on the ground which is the second one that shows me bleeding out (has been sped up and does include me tabbing out a bit but shows dying)

@_No1InParticular Would you or your friend GreenBear happen to have any footage of the kick message in the bottom left after the pilot CJ got kicked from the server? 

This is because judging by CJ's video at the end, his ping is through the roof at over 500 on his server list. We have a ping cap on the server of about 200 i believe, so if your ping was to exceed this limit you would automatically get kicked from the server.

Unfortunately we are unable to comp if someone got kicked due to their network speeds not being good enough as this is a fault on their end and not ours.

If you happen to have any footage of the kick message right after he got kicked instead of just you in the burning heli then please upload it for me so we can take a look and proceed further with this request.

I'm not sure what happened, but straight after I was kicked my ping did go really high, however, after a minute it sorted itself out and now I have normal ping after the incident, I usually have good internet. Here is a speedtest after the incident: http://beta.speedtest.net/result/6625125675

I can't really explain the ping as I'm not sure of the cause, but after a minute it stabilised again. I wasn't downloading anything as my steam is set up to not download whilst a game is open.

It sounds like a ping spike to me, it happens sometimes and unfortunately due to it being an issue on your side and not our side (the server) we are unable to comp for stuff like this. However, i will still wait to see if your friends have any footage of the kick message before closing this request as we don't yet 100% know for sure it was due to a network spike. Although, based on the footage we have, it is leaning towards that at the moment. Hopefully they might be able to clear it up for us providing they have some footage of the kick message itself.

Unfortunately I do not have any footage of the kick message, my video starts from the burning helicopter because I left it too long when saving the clip with shadowplay.

To be honest I do think it was because of the ping spike and network requirement, I can understand if you cannot comp for this I was just hoping since it was not actually my internet or fault that I would be able to get something back. As I said though I understand if I cannot.

Okay, well i am going to make my decision based on the footage i have then. Due to the ping being extremely high in his video it would indicate it was indeed a ping spike and as mentioned before, we cannot comp for this as it was not a fault from our side.

I apologise for an inconvenience caused and hope you can understand.
