Please provide full detail and evidence: I read about the requirements of submitting a refund post and i cant say i fully meet all of them but a staff member told me i could give this a shot. Basically there was the server restart time. i started driving a truck from kavala to scrap yard 15 min before the restart and right when i got there i clicked sell vehicle, it said in the chat "selling vehicle" and right then no message received text appeard. I only have a screenshot as evidence but on this screenshot it shows the "selling vehicle" message, the truck i was selling and the place i was at on the gps. However, and i know thats gonna lower quality of the evidence by a lot, the no message text is not on the screenshot although i fully remember screenshotting right when i saw it. If there's any access to logs, there can be a confirmation that i havent gotten any money from my sale and the time can be confirmed by checking the time of those people who appear in the chat connecting. Also the time of the screenshot is specified on it displaying the exact hour of the restart.

Lost items and total value of compensation.: Not having any experience at the scrap yard i dont exactly know how much that truck was worth but it appears on the screenshot and i dont think its that hard finding out
