Please provide full detail and evidence: Just got dropped off at the airport and me and my friend, CJ was on our way do a salt run. I got in my Huron and went to pick up my truck, I, unfortunately, hit the pole and the helicopter broke. As you can see from the footage, I didn't get the bleed out screen, so I was unable to be revived.

You flew your helicopter into the pole and crashed, you most likely died the second time due to the helicopter falling ontop of you or for a multitude of other reasons. even if it was a bug there is no guarantee you would have been revived regardless, besides from that you go ahead and respawn right where you died breaking the NLR rule. I'm going to let you off with a warning and ask you to reread the rules.
