Quick description of what happened: After reviving someone in Kavala, I proceeded to take off to head to another patient that needed help. After going up to about 55m+ and nothing around me, front, above, etc, I quickly checked my map and when I came out of the map to see if the patient respawned or not, my Orca just exploded. Below I have a video of it as well, I personally didn't see anything in my way, every building was rendered in bar the textures.
