Quick description of what happened:
Hello once again.
I have reason to believe that Alex Moss has been unbanned because he apologised and that he did not understand the server rules fully. I can agree with this. Although I am not happy with what his excuses were.
Firstly, he says he came back to the location after the 15minutes. That is incorrect, the only players there were other gang members and the cops, who all came within under 25minutes, so that is impossible for him to go to the location, then call the cops as it had already been camped by another player. The 2 hours in total was the messing around with the first lot of players, then those people, then shortly after several other gangs and police, if he had not of called the cops or said that in the side chat, we would have left there a while back and probably would have been there for under an hour or say an hour. We did not camp the processor, but rather the time taken traveling and positioning our selfs took over that minor ammount of time.
Secondly we were not camping the processor for 2 hours but rather we saw another player at the heroin field, and we made our way to there, we waited around 15minutes give or take a few minutes, then he arrived. We did our business with the other person, and one got away, irrelevant to the subject, however a few minutes later he arrived and so on and so forth.
Concerning the medic reviving him and me killing him instantly, this is untrue. He revived him and my friend shouted at him, true he was in the vehicle, and I did put that into consideration. Although what amazes me is that he still pointed his gun at the driver of the Hemtt box, now if you did not want to harm him after you got revived, why still stand there aiming your gun at him as he circled you?
I did not post the end of that video as it would include much more to add to your report. So I found it pointless. Also there is no case for that as you pointed your gun and continued to trace him while he was driving around.
In conclusion, it is as plain as day that you shouted out in the side chat about our location, and shortly after called the cops ( once he respawned ) because I'm sure we all know how long cops take to go to locations, even illegal ones.
And lets be honest, me and my friend had everything to lose whereas in his boots, all he had to lose was the heroin and a pistol. So in my opinion, its only fair that I get compensation to an issue that had been resolved, then unbanned.
I am willing to let this go, but since he has put out an unban appeal, I would like compensation for my gear and possibly the time wasted, as I do not find this a fair conclusion.
