Comp requests action occuring?

When exactly can we expect to get our comp paid? For some it's coming up to/past the 2 month mark now of waiting and there has been no announcement or any development from a players side regarding what is occurring with the matter.

You have to go to ts and message staff when you're not in game, then they will add the money (that's what happened with me anyway)

Waiting on the stats page issues to be resolved currently. Once that's sorted we'll be able to process them

We are awaiting an upgrade! You will get your compensation just it's taking a..little longer than it used to. No to worry it will come!
