Before you watch the video i would like to say sorry for me being Darth Vader , my shadow play and mic pics up my voice really easily compared to TS , so sorry but luckily it is only 45 seconds long.
Im also gonna add this is a re upload of a thread , as for some reason it was in the completed thread when there was no comment , so pretty sure i may have just put it in there by accident , sorry.
Date/Time of incident (ignore if linked to player report):17/10/2015 - 3:15Which server: Server 1 What was lost: MXM ( normal) with bipod , DMS , RCO , 6.5 mm silencer , range finders , 2 zip ties , 5 med kits , 4 smoke grenades , 17 6.5 mm , 45 pistol with 14 rounds , £7500 body armour , helmet , bag , the clothes , Value of item/money lost ( Provide the grand total): 536,400 - is on average Quick description of what happened: me and my friend where re filling our car when there were cops being fired upon at agios garage , we felt we should try and help out and see what happened, so i ran all the way around and up the hill to see what was happening , when i went up to see what happened he turned around and started shooting at me , i was unarmed and screaming at him tell him he does not need to shoot me, there was like a 6 secound period where he could have chose to not shoot me and he still killed me. I spoke to him in TS and he was a free person on the server so he could not comp me. I was unable to be revived as there was an active fire fight until restart so i lost everything.
This was RDM and Faill RP , as there was no need to shoot me , i have not put a report up as he was un aware of the rules.
