Community, police and UNMC

This will probably get removed or not even make it to the forum but fuck it. The server has potential to be decent, unfortunately it is literally dominated by admins, backers and friends of admins. On repeated occasions me and my squad have been killed with out any role play, baited and executed by police, UMC and bandits. Police and UMC dont follow the rules period but get away with it because theyre all white listed/ admins / friends of admins. NHS doesnt revive anyone but police, yet disable defibs. You tell police/ umc to put their hands up, they will try to shoot you 90% of the time despite being surrounded by 4-5 guys because there gear is free/ cheap so they have nothing to lose and when killed will threaten to report/ tell you to come into team speak. Take hostage or hold up a building police/ umc will shoot you with out negotiation.  Practically only want to rp when its on their terms. Police will harass people starting out doing runs instead of going  to sort out the massive clans farming everyone else as its easy money for them. As a side note what even is the UMC, everyone i speak to has no idea what they actually do except the fact that theyre admins and backers that troll all the other player with immunity. 

When server 1 is full there is practically no point in going on server 2 unless youre in a massive clan, clans run scouts in the server, fly around helis across the whole map to look for anyone doing runs, mass log in and rob anyone trying to do anything in the server. despite being against the rules, as im poretty sure your not supposed to tell people where people are on other servers. None of the police will move across because all their mates/ admins are in server 1. 

 You can spend hours grinding gear to have it taken away in two seconds by VDM/ RDM and sit in teamspeak for hours and have no one help you because youre not in the admin click. Yet when i tell a kid to fuck off in the side chat after they harass us with their 20+ clan after a scout tells them were on server 2 and 10 of them log in at the same time to rob us  because they know theres no police on so they can farm all the people starting up. (happened the last three times we tried to do anything on server 2, one was a clear rdm where they open fire on us from 200m and kill some other guy on sight). Funny i get an admin appear and ask me to go into team speak in 1.2sec after i tell hime to fuck off as the clan is mates with him. No i'm not going to go into a team speak at 11 at night and speak with you. Insta ban. Literally got insta banned for telling someone to fuck off because hes mates with an admin.  The little kid is perfectly happy to sit their and say "I told you not to kill me hahaha idiots" but as soon as you say anything about the way the clan operates or tell them to fuck off an admin gets called. Truly tragic.

No doubt this wont make it to the forum/ be swept under the rug as "rage/ hater" as the admin followers bomb this post.

Yes i did get banned, but i had said to what ever admin banned me that a) I didnt have teams speak b) that it was 11 oclock c) that if it was put on the forum i would deal with it then. I got the reply "i dont have to use the forum". Obviously waving his massive metaphorical  admin dick around at which point i said just ban me as he was obviously going to anyway and was pretty much fed up with the server as it was. By no means is this the only server that does this, in fact almost every video game with servers is like this.

Well, this is quite the accusation isn't it? Well, its 1AM but I have nothing better to do, so let me help you out on your post.

1.

Record evidence of said events and bring it to internal command of the groups or staff depending on the severity or nature of the event.

Another baseless accusation. If you are going to accuse someone, provide evidence. It's how it works in real life too. Additionally, plenty of UNMC and Police have been banned regardless of the place in the community. To name a few:

This is NHS protocol to revive police first. Additionally, being revived is a luxury, not a obligation. The NHS is a roleplay faction and they will spend time roleplaying with each of their patients.

Police have a value of life rule (internal rule, not server rule), when out numbered 3 to 1 they must surrender, however they are not always alone when it appears they might be (snipers etc.) UNMC do not have said rule, but they are also rarely alone. If you are called to teamspeak then you may have done something wrong or against the rules. Most of the time they are looking to inform rather than report. Also police do have free gear, but UNMC have to pay for theirs (granted at a lower cost but that is perk of a whitelisted faction)

Negotiations are a not mandatory, but obviously encouraged for the sake of the hostage. Both parties will try to screw each other over to give them an edge, that just how negotiations work in game and IRL. However I do agree to the point that people need to value hostages more then they do now.

Check the UNMC subsection on the forums for the detailed backstory, but in short we are a millitary presence on the island looking to liberate Altis from crime, but do not approve of the police's methods of doing so, using force instead of coercion. UNMC do not consist of admins and backers, we have 3 admins out of 67 people, and maybe 2-3 backers. They also do not act or 'troll' with immunity, in fact one of our generals has been banned and removed from the server, and one of our current generals has been banned multiple times.

Police will harass people starting out doing runs instead of going  to sort out the massive clans farming everyone else as its easy money for them. 

This is because A) its their job to stop people doing illegal stuff B) it makes sense they target easy targets, because its easy. While it is a valid request to ask police to target larger groups, larger groups will make their jobs more difficult by being sneaky, taking more precautions or fighting off the police.

No other counter to this instead of waiting for more cops to be on, spam to log on server 1, or arm yourself in a group to fend them off. If you can prove that these groups are sending in game details out of game to get people to log on, then report it. But, it sounds more like baseless accusations that come from assumptions.

If you get RDM'ed of VDM'ed, get evidence and post a compensation request on the forums. If it is RDM as stated, you will be reimbursed. Admins and lives as well and do not always sit in teamspeak to assist, and if they are in game, then they are not always checking teamspeak. If it really can't wait, such as a hacker etc. then ping any you see online.

That is because swearing at people in sidechat is a bannable offence, and all evidence is clearly present there and then as you say it. Make it easier then dealing with an event that is not so clear cut. Additionally, more accusations without evidence. Get evidence, report it.

More and more accusations, still no evidence. Admins have a good record of being unbiased no matter how much people scream and shout. I also doubt that admins were friends with the clan, as there are very few admins who are rebels. If you are playing at 11 at night then you can teamspeak at 11 at night. Most of the time things can be sorted quickly if you follow admin directions. The reason admins got called (most likely wasnt called but simply saw it in sidechat) was because you broke a rule. You cant say that people need to follow rules and then break them yourself.

More accusations of corruption. Corruption is allowed in roleplay, however the individuals have to be careful to not be caught by their command. Corruption out of game is not ok, but yet again, I see no evidence being provided. Obtain evidence --> Present evidence. Staff have been banned/removed plenty of times before, they are not above the rules. Again, whitelisted factions also have to follow rules, and have been banned for not doing so plenty of times before.

You also seem to be very quick to dismissal, saying that the post will be swept under the rug or having the post bombed by 'admin followers'. The community has been here for/around 4 years. I doubt that if the server was corrupt or biased as you have said, it would have survived this long.

My advice from this is to

A) Read and understand the rules, so that you not only know if you are breaking rules, but if others are as well.

B) Do not make accusations without evidence. That is the fastest way for it to be ignored. Bring evidence and present it to the required members.

C) Do not make massive assumptions. A lot of this post is jumping to conclusions. It is easy to say for example, that a guy has RDM'ed you if you do not know the extents of the RDM rule. Everyone has their own/different way to do things. Just because its not what you expect doesn't mean it is RDM.

Alright let me make this clear to you dear, i was the guy that was talking to you on the side chat and u were being so toxic calling us “Virgins” “Swearing”. And also you metagamed when we killed you at the drug dealer when someone said where did you die u said “Drug Buyer” thats a rule break (4.1) Side Chat - Using intelligence gained on side chat to influence actions in game. Punishment is a kick/ban

the other rule you broke aswell but admin was way to nice not to charge you for that was this. (1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

The admin said to you come to teamspeak so we can sort this out and u said “JUST BAN ME” so stop making accusations Proctor was just watching about what happening and he is not even in my gang everyone is friendly here. 

This is a gaming community and everyone is treated the same theres no friend admin cousin gang mate whatever. 

This server is more than decent and we did roleplay when we robbed you and we asked you nicely if you wanna talk about the rules you broke and you replied with “Report me then”.

Clearly venting at being banned and making completely false accusations with zero basis.

I was monitoring server 2 this evening with Proctor when the incident occurred. I can tell you that neither I, nor proctor were playing on the server, we were both there on admin duty, alone in the staff server 2 TS channel monitoring in admin Cam. Neither of us are personal friends with those you clashed with, nor do we associate with them or their gang in game or socially. 

At the time of your ban there were a total of 11 other players on the server, 5 of which (the guys you clashed with) seemed to be playing together, the rest all doing their own thing. Hardly the mass 20+ clan , and the 10 that apparently logged on to rob you.  

Proctor, politely asked you to jump on to team speak so he could have a chat with you, you knew he was an admin and you still gave him attitude.

You were not solely banned for swearing and being excessively abusive in side chat, you were also banned for broadcasting the location of the other players you were arguing with in the same channel. 

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

(3.4) Side (OOC) chat roleplay is forbidden. You must not use side chat to broadcast events that you observe (for example, you may not broadcast "X are going to rob the bank". The exception is advertising your in game business.

You clearly don't care or respect our rules, and this post has been penned with the intention of creating issues and causing drama. For this reason, I'm going to add another infringement to your list.
