Commercial Driver Skill

I feel like this skill doesn't make sense to cover both trucking jobs and food deliveries.

Given that currently there are no rank-related limitations for trucking and a less varied set of vehicles to work with to introduce one I think it would make more sense to rename the 'commercial driver' skill to 'food delivery' and then add a skill for commercial driving down the line if truck deliveries are developed further.

For me at least when I think of commercial driving I don't think of food deliveries etc. I think of haulage.
