Description of what happened: I had possession of a stolen police vehicle and have been driving around in it for about 15 minutes. I then drove to Kavala at the point when I noticed a load of police at the Kavala garage area. I stopped and was observing from a distance as there was something going on, all of a sudden shots started firing and then I started getting fired upon for no reason with no RP involved... I was then killed by the car blowing up.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I contacted Maratek on TS about the police shooting and killing me with no RP. But has tried to say that I was trying to bait officer from the scene to kidnap them. (I knew there wasn't 10 police online, therefore didn't have the intentions of doing so).

Evidence is Clear and Un tampered, I believe i can Pull the Recording if Required.

I Opened Fire on the Police Car stopped Around 230 up the road from me it was taking cover behind a fence and reving its engine, moving back and forth i was already dealing with a box truck full of drugs and the crazy amount of Hobo's in Kavala for some reason this evening, I lay down and Aimed for both front and back wheels, The subject got out lay down behind the car and Then it exploded.

My intention was to disable it Violating my Own three minute police rule Which is against the police code of conduct,

It was unfortunate the car exploded as i had a vermin and was using it in the belief it was alot less pentertrative than my usual Mk18 i carry,

I am truely sorry the Individual died It wasn't my intention as the car was disabled we could move up, But there were no additional wounded or dead so it was acceptable,

The Team speak logs are correct except the Aired recording comment wasn't suppossed to be in caps an error from my push to talk please dont read it that way,

On a Personal note this is Piss poor roleplay, Baiting police with stolen Veichles for a Chase which would result in a Shootout at Police Checkpoint 1 We Were snowed under in kavala by an Army of Hobo's BEC was down giving little to know power to deal with constant RDM/NLR/VDM and it was getting frustrating for all involved,

It was another thing on my plate to be dealt with and in hindsight it was handled wrong.

As to my Comments i have in the passed overlooked all of PLF believing that generally they are all great which they are but that could be classed as favoritism and with the certain things i have done or will continue to do Wilco permitting would Cause people to question the balance of fairness, I have also aired the same message to Other PLF members and i am genuine in my Approach now that it is bussiness only, The Police is a difficult mistress and it involves alot of work.

So there it is,

I believe i have answered all the accusations so i ask an Admin to Lock the topic please if you think Both sides have been given fair cop while we await a ruling.

Samurai, day after day people get into vehicles and specifically rev the engine in front of police to speed up, get into chases just to cause mayhem. To use the 3 minute chase rule, just to have a friend setup ready to dump a zafir mag onto the chasing police car. I used to do it, others have done and sadly I feel like a lot more will do it.

It sounds a tad fucking stupid to sit in a police SUV, revving the engine and trying to get attraction. Fair enough you've explained your intentions were not to take a hostage, but what were they?

I would like to see the recording because the car was disabled and after it was disables, fire still continued upon the car, which resulted the vehicle to blow up (along with me).

If he does have the recording then you will see me sat still at the side of the right without teh engines running

I appreciate your apology, if you had just explained and apologised via TS, then this post itself could have/would have been avoided.

I just didn't like how, I was trying to contact you and you just said yea it was me and closed the conversation, as if to say I aint sorting this out with you.

If I can't come to resolving anything on TS, I just uoload it to the forums to let others decide the actions instead.

I do like Maratek (alot), and to be quiet honest the last thing I want is a, you done this and I done that forum post going on.

I was annoyed at the time of making this and Maratek was annoyed at the time too.

Let's get this Christmas spirit going.

Maratek thanks for apologizing... arma being arma it is easy to blow up cars so be careful with that in future, if there was suspected trolling then don't use the weapon just issue a ban then there is no report against you... thats the only way to stop this going forward.

I can see that there might be some bad air between you Maratek, from the TS messages posted, If you can please pop down to PLF's room and sort this out.
