Seriously...enjoying some good roleplay robbing copper traders as a rebel...approached by police in heli, they open fire, I kill a cop and then arrested. Great fun.

Until...i'm accused by a cop of RDM before any roleplay takes place.

I understand and sympathise that RDMing is a problem, but come on, instantly accusing someone of RDM in game without any RP is silly. We had to break roleplay to establish the fact im a long term player of this server that takes RP seriously.

Apologies to the 6 police that were there for me getting rather annoyed but when a good RP opportunity gets instantly curtailed by spurious accusations of RDMing I find it increadbly annoying. I play this server because of the great RPing, but I really don't want to have to justify my RPing everytime I get into a confrontation, it takes the shine off somewhat.

Anyway, hopefully it's a one off. /rant.

If you are robbing someone, just shoot the police when they come, they are interrupting your robbery.

If you dont shoot them, they will just taze you and you're fucked because most of them will not roleplay with you and they will just taze on sight and restrain you, so i have found that shooting them if they are coming for me is the most effective.

If they complain about no rp, ask them why they came after you and they will say they got report about a robbery and that you shot them because of interrupting your robbery!

EDIT : But if they come with a helicopter and you're alone, your best bet is to drive away and get out of there.

This is what it's come down to rebels reporting cops and cops reporting rebels over silly things... How about we all stop trying to catch people out and trying to get them banned and let's start acting like a community that sticks together regardless of what team we are on.

All I can say is please when any rebel gets caught legitimately, please please please don't spit your dummy out and start verbally abusing the officer that caught you and just role play it out and maybe if the cop feels that you have made a good effort at RPing the situation he will reduce the ticket or even let you go free depending on how serious the crime was.

This is not directed at anyone I'm just stating a common problem that I have seen happening more and more.

And for cops.... Well I'm asking you guys please if you see a clear problem with how police deal with situations leave a quick post on how we can improve. (If we don't have feedback and just get abuse off people we arrest, we can't improve)
