Description of what happened:
We ambushed him at Oil trader and told him to stop the vehicle and come out without a weapon, he drove off, we shot out his tires and approached him again telling him the same thing, he exited the vehicle and I told him to put his hands up and he combat logged (disappeared) I also apologize for watermark, i can re upload if needed!

No, he disconnected and we had no way of contacting him.
