Combat logging after taken in car. (Rejected - Lack of evidence)

As a bounty hunter with my friend, we confirmed his name and his deed from his own words.

We took him into our car and before we reached the station the player named Iversen or something like that combat logged. Is there any way to receive our share of the bounty and will he be banned or something like that?

Any advice on how to record with a low amount of disk space but still good enough to capture them?

not much you can do with low diskspace tbh. 

If you have a Nvidia 6 series plus card. there is a tool called shadowplay, This will record the last 5 min (can be set to 20) of gameplay, when you hit a button combo , it will save the last 5 min.

There is a tool for AMD cards as well, I cant remember what it is called though.
