Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)

Good Morning, I  was with my mates and i am the leader of a gang and i was too controlling  with the the gang therefore  we had arguments i was just about to disband the gang and i was in a jet as i landed on an empty island as they came to me in a helicat. He attempted to rob me and i unfortunately i clearly combat logged (Massive regret and i will learn for my lesson honestly) Then i found out i was ban he told me to put my hands up and didn't want to loose my expensive gear straight after before i found out i was ban i automatically joined the team speak and offered them all my gear i had a Mx with a silencer many mags a laser pointer and a 40k dms scope a 100k ghillie too. Thanks for allowing me to write a appeal i hope you understand how much i LOVE role playing this server and willing to come back to the community i want to give a colossal sorry, Thanks.

I can vouch for him. After the combat log he did hop onto our ts saying sorry at least 20 times.. 

I can tell he regretted the decision straight away & wanted to comp us although they were gonna kill him anyway since he didn't put his hands up.

That's all I have to say the rest is on an admin..

 
Since I banned him for another combatlog, where you weren't involved Kakujaa, unless you've changed your name.. He has done this more than once.

Yeah I changed my name as me and all of my mates were having a laugh [making our names drinks] I can say that he had only combat logged once and that was with me.

 
You can clearly see that the crew/gang name is diet Pepsi which links to a soft drink. my name never changed this is my very first ban/kick of any server therefore my name Is [gog] Tokyo you can also see that on my forums on game name.

 our gang was called after a soft drink, that's all ! what the point is i went to them straight away and offered a compensation Brat i just want to really express to you how much i want to come back on this server. Sir it was an accident that ill be 100% sure to never ever do again in my life. I wrote a very honest un ban appeal to proof how mature and wanting to come back on this server i am, Please.
