Description of what happened: Multiple combat logs , after being restrained for breaking rules like VDM. Should be banned not the first time i have witness him doing it.
I arrested the man and he asked why i restarined him i said becasue u are wanted stealing a car and running away from the place. He said no and then after i gave him a 65k he instantly disconected. Which was not his 1st time.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Combat log
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No becasue each time he does it he jumps back in the server breaks more rules and then combat logs. So unable to talk to him about it.
