Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
Description of what happened: Mr. McCoy was RDM'ing everyone in Kavala. I do not have video evidence of that, but when someone killed the RDM'er, he combatlogged.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 2e and 3B
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes. He was sarcastic about it and ignored my sidechat messages. He then pretended that he did not know what Team speak was.
