Want to give a description about what happened from my perspective:
I noticed that there was a vehicle following me from legion, I initially brushed it off and drove towards the Triads turf. When we arrived near Triads turf I did a couple of spins to confirm that you were indeed following me. I parked my car near the Triads entrance and at 0:20 and 0:23 you can hear me asking you “Hello?” but me not getting a reaction. At 0:24 you see me tapping your vehicle in reverse, trying to get a response out of you as during that time I have no way of knowing who you are, or what your intentions were. You even hear me say at 0:25 “Why are you following me?” once again just to be met with silence. Following that I decided to ram you one more time to see if I might get a response. I want to note here that in my opinion and eyes it seemed like a lighter tap than it initially looks like in the video. The third reverse at 0:27 seems to be a visual bug, as on my screen I already moved my vehicle forwards (you can see my Car “teleporting” at 0:28, and even earlier in his video you see my car “teleporting” on his screen) and you can hear me reaching out to other Triads members for backup as I had no idea what to expect since there was no verbal communication at all. I also want to note that at 0:30 am also being rammed by you. At 0:41 you can see us BOTH reversing into one another, which I think wasn’t on purpose on either side of us. At 0:58 you then see us both ramming one another, I would like to add that at this point you haven’t exchanged one single word from me and that you even decided to stay in the proximity, even though you clearly heard me ask for backup and besides the fact that you haven’t replied to one of my questions once. At this point gun shots have been fired by me, as for me there was no way of further judging the situation and the possible outcome. From my perspective RP standards haven’t been met as there was no verbal interaction between the both of us and I was left to assume your intentions, considering that you not only followed me and also reversed into my vehicle, you also didn’t make an actual attempt to leave the proximity and I was left feeling threatened and opened fired, but not without having tried to speak to you first.
Id like to remind you about Rule G2.1, all people are required to have a working microphone. The whole point of being on a roleplay server is to communicate with each other. I am unsure what you were hoping for during this situation and where you wanted the RP scenario to lead up to, but I would have appreciated if you would have spoken in-game and I am sure the situation would have taken a different path.

You actually even said “fuck Liaison I am going straight to report” which I not only find unfair, but you also lied whilst making this report. It does leave me under the impression that this is some form or revenge report.
