Clearing the houses/garages!!!

Can we get a proper cleanup of the houses? Alot of houses are no longer being used by long gone members and its really poor when you find a house and the player who owns it has been away for 3+ weeks, I think there should be a time limit of 2 weeks, if you do not log into it or even log onto the server then you will get it sold on the market.

1 1/2 Months is my vote. Fair amount of time but will clear them up. Notify them of this when they purchase a house/garage.
