Cleaning - Clean Up Crew

Brief Summary: Myself and 3 other lads have started roleplaying cleaners / construction and looking to get more interaction around the city with other players and would love the ability to further expand on this.

Detailed Suggestion: Currently as it stands we clean up the city using a few emotes and social interactions but I feel it would be cool if we had the ability to do some real cleaning. Perhaps the ability to cone of areas that are being cleaned. The ability to clean up some of the graffiti especially the ones tagged on the hospital, clean up any broken down and abandoned vehicles, especially the AI vehicles that just get dumped around the hospital, the impound and legion as well as other areas. I know there's the impounds and the police can get rid of vehicles but the cleaners can do that, though I did read about a scrap mechanic possibly in the future? I think working with them to deliver vehicles would be a pretty cool concept and another legit way to earn a bit of cash if possible.

The Pros: Keeps the gang signs down so it doesn't look like a gang sign bukkake around the city. Dead vehicles just dumped around the hospital and legion can be cleaned up without the need for impound requests or an admin this goes for the boris bikes as well!

The Cons: not quite sure of any but if you can think of any idea love to hear them. gangs may upset their art has been cleaned

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ? It would affect the chaos on the server in a positive way.

I've seen some of you about, and it creates a very interesting dynamic in the areas that I've seen you roaming about in doing your work and I don't see why you shouldn't be able to turn that into something proper.

However, I feel that a better way of approaching this would possibly be going to the Los Santos City Council and proposing a whitelisted group to them, the steps to that can be found here

well, no! The mechanic collects pre-defined AI cars or player cars marked by police not abandoned cars just dumped everywhere unless that's going to be a thing
