Clarification on Robberies

Hi, I was curious as to a specific rule on robberies. If, for example, someone comes up behind me and says to put my hands up, etc., is this considered enough RP initiation to simply turn around and shoot him without saying anything, or is it required that I say something and RP it out a bit first? I'm honestly curious as to the rules on this point, and I couldn't find anything under the rules section that gets this specific. Any help would be great, thanks!

Your RP should depend on the situation. To take your example - in which the robber is pointing a gun to the back of your head - it would be considered bad RP if you turn around and spray him down: You wouldn't be able to pull something like this off in real life.

As for general rules, if someone threatens your life (By speaking. You can't just shoot someone if he has a weapon in his hands) you are aloud to protect yourself. But remember, #RolePlayEverything! It's best to advice him that it is not smart to threaten you and that he will face the consequences if he continues.

See the reason that we are asking is because this happend to me i was pointing a gun a two guys not going to name names and i said Hands up or ill kill you something along those lines and the guy just turns around and killed me.

Spinning 180 on a guy who has a gun to your back is a huge NO NO( I think it falls into the same catagory as knocking a dude out who has a gun to your back.),its improbable & realisticly would end with you being shot,whether on purpose or by accident(Unless your a highly trained person & still it carries huge risk) and If i'm correct is considered FailRp & is bannable(I say this because i distinclty remember a report involving someone spinning around and kncoking someone out while they had a gun to their back & that person received a ban)

But can you kill him,Absolutely,as long as he is aware his continued action may result in his death.

If you spin around and knock-out / shoot / taze the guy who has a gun pointed to the back of your head, you´re failing in valuing your life / Fail RP. 
As mentioned above, situations like these has ended in community ban for the character doing this.
