Clarification on a rule , Staff + too respond please

So i would just like some clarification on the breaking RP rule. I would like to know is this situation okay to break RP , as you are helping someone new out.

Situation 

In Kavala and a hobo runs up and breaks RP asking me a load of questions about the server IE , how do i access the shop.

What i want to know if am okay to do

Kindly ask the person to come into my nearest SUV. Then explain out of RP not too break RP as it is against the server rules. Then explain how to do what they asked and tell them to look on the forums for the rules / go too TS to ask the member support team if they have any other question. Then explain when they leave the SUV they must go back too full RP and never break it.

My reason for asking this

So as a cop , i have to talk to a lot of people , many people do the suggestion above , and they always thanks me for there help and really do appreciate it when i / other people help them out like it. 

I just want to know if am aloud , as it would suck to get banned for helping people out and i want to know if i can continue helping new comers to the server by doing this or if need to stop doing it.

I do feel that talking very quickly out of RP , helps a lot of people a lot that are new, instead of trying to tell them in direct chat not too.

So hopefully someone who 100% knows the answer too this can help.

If you would like to talk out of RP the way I always did it is I would pull the guy aside get him in my car I would then put //do you mind if I talk out of roleplay? wait for a response if they reply with "go for it" or something along them lines then feel free. Just try not to do it somewhere populated such as the middle of Kavala, Airport etc etc. Of course its always better if you stay in roleplay for example refer to the forums as government website.

Don't break RP in direct communication that is for Member Support LVL2+ and Staff Team only I believe I may not be 100% correct as requested but im 90% sure what I said is correct.

I think that this is complete acceptable, and I would encourage this greatly.

Not everyone when they do join the community really pay attention to certain things, such as the message that pops up upon entering the server and therefore can be very confused.

As a police officer, civilian, medic or rebel... if a man walks up to you asking out of roleplay for help, don't be a dick, and just ask the man to go to your car or "
//join teamspeak and message me and I will help you".

I think what you are doing here is fantastic, Hoggie. Just try to not break RP when standing in the middle of Kavala square or in public places, as this could be disruptive.

Before member support I would do exactly that!

hobo: 'i'm new to the server'

me: 'okay sir come to my car and we can have a chat'

*gets in car and locks hobo in with me*

//can i break roleplay?

'sir did you get my note?'

'what's a note?'

then explain notes/rules on forums/basic controls/advice on how to make cash/drive on the right lane/always lock car and other shizzle!

I've been doing that since I was a PCSO the first time round... I've done it countless times and never had anyone with an issue! You're literally just helping people out! so as @Jamzsaid it's okay to do it, then i guess feel free!

Never ever broke it in the middle its always , is it okay if you jump in my car quick , just want a quick chat to help you out.

Just looking out to help people really , just thought about it today and i was like i should ask as i dont want to risk getting in trouble
