Civillian Police

So I was thinking of joining the police force but a guy told me once I join when playing as a civ I cant do any illegal stuff e.g. speeding or drugs. I need to know if this is true so I know if I want to re-apply.thanks.

This is true, once you have joined the police force if you partake in any illegal activities then you face being kicked out of the police.

This was partly the reason I left the police. I missed being a criminal

You cant do anything that is classed as "rebel" you can however speed if you want you may also have a vermin or SMG in your backpack for self defense just pretty much no robbing, killing police, drug dealing and only kill other people if they are a threat to you.
