City Restrictions With Helicopters and a New Roleplay

I wanted to talk to a God about city Restrictions because I want to do a Roleplay of a Helicopter Pilot as a mechanic that Responds to mechanic dispatches with a Helicopter but i want to talk to a God about it and see what way we can go around it, Haven't seen the idea before but it will be cool and add something new to the city.

No restrictions on this. Roleplay as you wish, getting your hands on a helicopter may be difficult (Legally)

2 Methods of grabbing a helicopter at the minute until the new air dealership opens

• You get someone you trust to transfer you an owned one
  
• You steal one from a local
