I've seen people get banned for attacking a city without admin approval.. So I was wondering, how does one get this approval? We've been instructed not to PM admins unless asked to, but putting up a topic wouldn't be very usefull, because then one would have to share their plans with the whole community.

 
You can also ask the cops. You have to give them enough time to warn everybody in the city. You can not just go in guns blazing. 

 
What if the police department was the target & the attack was meant as a retaliation against the police department, to teach them a lesson? What if the main target is a few dead cops and Kavala in complete ruins? Is it allowed to strategically blow up key buildings?

 
Text the admins in game. If there is one on and the attack is ok to go ahead youll know about it. These things have to be planned.

NO NO NO NO NO NO

Sorry, but I need to make this really clear, you need to contact ADMINS. Only they can authorise such activity (and it has to be confirmed. Sending the request/warning does not approve it). Even if you came and told me in 2 hours you're going to assault Athira, I still can't authorise it. Special warnings need to be sent out so we can operate under more relaxed rules of engagement, like Kill on Sight.

This way people who aren't involved don't get caught up in any cross-fire etc. So contact the Admins in-game for best results.
