Cigarettes and Tobacco

After playing a few RedM servers, one thing I always miss when on FiveMis having to buy cigarettes and cigars to physically emote them in the game. I feel this would be a great addition to the server and follow the same rules as fruit picking, with tobacco plants growing on Cayo Perico and being available for shops through Noble Warehouse. I feel that this shouldn't be a hard item to come by and should be easily accessible however if you smoke a lot it should affect your stamina over time meaning you have to go to the gym more to keep your stamina up.
This would be a nice little addition to the server creating new business opportunities as well as extra RP to come from this

Illicitly Enhanced Consumables

Idea: To make consumables which give short buffs and/or visual effects in order to create a more immersive experience and allow for further roleplay and crafting activities. This would take away the /e cig/cigar etc Items: papers - for rolling metal straw and mirror set - for powder...

I think this is a great idea and will fit well onto the server. I think smoking tobacco should have some kind of buff though, maybe it gives some hunger aswell? Or maybe has some kind of extended melee lock on?

If its just a debuff I don't think the playerbase will take to it all that much. Perhaps introduce an addiction to it? Whereby you get an additional status bar and if it hits zero it lowers your maximum health to 75%?

The only way to beat the addiction is to go through an NHS rehabilitation program of sorts where you need to use nicotine pouches for an extended period which brings more RP to NHS/product to pharmacy. I think there's more to explore with suggestion but great idea! +1
