Christoffer (Action: Player already banned on another report)

Description of what happened: Me and others in our gang was hanging around the UMMC area there was around 4-6 of us, we received shots we had a chopper in the air tell us the location of the guy who was shooting, we went to the Bushes which he was hiding in we told him to put the gun down he completely ignored and just run away breaking FearRP and also its just breaking FailRP considering there was like 6 of us, anyway so we kill him as showed in the video.
 
Then Chistoffer continues to say we RDM'd him which we did not, then the next day i see him posting a compensation request which i posted on he was claiming we RDM'd him which it was wrong as explained above, the he continue to report a gang member.

In the compansation request you posted and said that it was Christoffer that was shooting at you. How can you with sure facts know that? On the video it doesn't show him shooting at you. It could aswell be some sniper hiding in a bush 1 km away. Also as said earlier, why would you even expect him to hear what you said through  direct communication when a helicopter is hovering right above you?

You can even see in the end of the video the sharp closedup shadow of the helicopter.

 
We were taking fire from that direction. The helicopter flew up with someone in the co-pilot on the thermal camera. He spotted a man in a bush, I went over to try and locate him and there he was. We can't be sure it was him shooting but 1 + 1 = 2. Also even if he didn't hear us which to be fair yes there was a helicopter, the smart thing to do would not be run away from two people with guns pointing at you whilst above their heads it says "SPEAKING" as they are most likely telling you to do something.

He was scared?  He maybe realized that something bad was about to happen and wanted to run away before. In my opinion you should atleast shoot him in the leg/injure him to further on talk to him instead of straight of killing him in a such unclear situation hearingwise. 

You took shots, but did you see him shoot? Probably not. 1+1 is indeedly 2 but since you weren't absolutely sure it was him you could atleast have taken him into a verbal conversation instead of killing him on sight. You even had a helicopter. What were you afraid of when he ran away? Probably not loosing him since you had a couple of vehicles aswell as an helicopter..  

He also mentioned that he went into that specific bush to be afk. He maybe wasn't fully aware of the situation? 

His report and compensation request isn't false as you killed him with an unclear source of reason. It could have been done better. Im not saying YOU did something wrong, but i am in fact saying that he didnt do anything wrong in my opiniion atleast.

In the video it shows hoffer [speaking] about 2 times. Each time he spoke for less than 1 second... How unclear is that. It might aswell could have been two missclickes

I also dont think he is that of a dumb guy to run away in a situation were you had such clear advantage.. If he would have realized that you robbed him, dont you think he would have fought back instead of running away from there in the middle of an open field?

 
Could we have shot him in the leg and chased him? Yes.

Should we have done that? No.

Why would we waste our time running after an armed man when we are 99% sure he shot at us or was with someone in that direction that shot at us. We gave him plenty of time to show himself and explain but he decided to run (This also breaks fear RP) so we shot him as we did not see it fit to waste our time on something so little.

There is not proof that he was AFK in that bush, you have no proof at all supporting anything that you are saying whereas we have video footage of your friend running away from armed men who were trying to speak to him.

Any smart person in that situation would have put their gun on their back/in their backpack and accepted that they had been overrun.

If you can provide any proof supporting anything you say then please by all means post it but otherwise stop wasting yours and my time by posting bullshit excuses. It's pathetic.

 
as i said i was afk and i did just put my headset on and talked to my friend, i didnt even knew then u where there my friend just said come to me at black market and i started running towards him, pluss if u would have been shooting then u should se it in the end of the video but u dont so!!!.

 
You was not AFK, you are lying we got shot at we had a chopper fly over with thermal you was the only one in the area stop lying anyway running from people asking you to put your gun down is breaking rules #FearRP.

That made 0 sense and again you have provided no proof. Even if you were afk, when you put your headset on you would've heard everything going on around you and wouldn't have just run but instead taken a look at what was making the noise.

 
So... You're trying to get him banned for what? False reporting? False Compensation request were he didn't lie? What is your point... 

As Jordy said, he can run away if he wants. If he accused you for rdming him, then fine. So'll be it. You're gonna report him for that? 

And then, what rule did he break? He has broken NLR, as mentioned in an earlier report, yes, but this is another report and another discussion.

He is claiming He was RDM'd we actually RDM'd us by shooting randomly at us, we found him told him to drop his gun he was out numbered there was six of us, one of him he ran this is  failrp.

I'm pretty sure talking and writing are different things.

Anyway back to the topic at hand, this proves that it wasnt rdm by Hoffer in my opinion, he told him what to do, he didnt comply, he died. I dont think the compensation request should of been made along with the rdm report on Hoffer. You can make excuses all day for your friend all day and i commend you for doing so, but running away from 6 guys is a bad idea. Surely at least one guy will kill him no matter how bad at shooting we are and i personally believe it's bad rp to do so.

Honestly, i dont care if he get's banned but if he's so quick to claim rdm every time he get's killed then he deserve's everything that happens with the claims against him.
