Description of what happened:
He came into HQ, escorted him out. He came back, He called me a twat. I restrained him he then started bitching about him having it recorded. I then saved my recording th en I gave him a ticket for trespassing and offending a police officer(55K). He then continued with: "Im not going to pay that, you money whore!""Your only about the money!""You fucking police officers""I refuse to speak" etc. I didn't thought about reporting him at first until he came in our channel fucked up our song by playing his own music thru it.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
First situation: Yes, he said that he wont pay and that i am a fucking idiot.
Second situation: Yes, he said that its a public channel(BBC Channel) so he could play his own music as well.

Regarding the game, You shot at our helicopter with no warning which means thats RDM, That guy got into my car and I seeked help from an officer, The in-game "twat" is part of my roleplay since you didn't help me at all so i expressed myself. I refused to pay and I don't see anything wrong with this. You're reporting me because I came into the channel? I thought there was some music being played in the radio so i joined  and since there was no music being player  I said hi to Dave. After that I didn't even play music so that's a nice lie. I left straight away and joined our PG Channel. Where did I call you an idiot? I refused to speak to you in-game and requested a higher officer due to the fact that I needed help and you decided to ignore me and still sent me out of the HQ. My stolen hatchback was in the water and you were allowing the thief to get away. I'm pretty sure that I didn't say i was recording, If i did it would have been said in chat or ROLEPLAYED out as if I had a gopro on my head. Where is the breaking RP here and where is the part of me being a troll?

EDIT: Read the chat in the video, there was a guy inside and they didn't want to help.

I dont feel like arguing endlessly about this, how about we let the admins decide? The ticket was also for in RP..... You did play music  5 other people can confirm, I even messaged Maratek if he wanted to kick  you out of our channel. Just shhhh and let the admins decide pls.

 
I can respond in my own defense, I went into the channel after you reported me and asked PC Dave a person who was in there aswell as the radio man if I played any music. They both responded no.

Nice magic skills, going in a channel after I reported you where I report you for going in the channel. Time line seems of? The radio man can only play the melody, not speak cuz hes a bot. I told you: "Fuck off we're busy making a song"Chris: "Its a public channel I can be in here"

Yes, I give you every right to be in the channel just dont when we're busy. And on another point, if your getting reported by me for trolling then you made it real, this coming from somebody who spended 99% of his rebel time in Kavala. Oh and the part of you being a troll in the video is: "My car! My hatchback sport!" And then the Breaking RP is whn the momnt I am going to give you a ticket for offending a police officer and trespassing you start with stuff like: "I have it recorded" in chat,wich then totally focuses the attention on the OOC instead of In character

@DI bob was standing next to me when I was processing you further, you were acting completly OOC about a ticket of 55K. This is where you called me a Money hungry whore, a fucking idiot and just a terrible RP'r. Hope Bob still remembers(lots of happens in Kavala daily)

I'm pretty sure that transcript is wrong, I'm positive that there was no music playing at all. If you had given me a warning under the Public Order Act 1986 Section 5 then perhaps the situation would have been different. Yes you did escort me out but you don't give ticket's straight away when i'm desperately seeking help?

There was indeed no music playing before you came this was cuz I just finished sining and we were goibg to do take 29 or something like that of my siniging, but when you were in the channel you did play music. I warned you to get out, you came back so I ticketed you. Offending a police officer is a different sub section but also falls under PoA so I was not wrong here, trespassing is a ticketable offence.
 
okay so what are you reporting me for? Everything was dealt with in-game I am entitled to my own opinion, I told you that instead of giving me a warning you wanted to recieve money for me

Not saying your not entitled to your own opinion, I ended up sending you to prison so,... Do you really think I give a fuck about that 11K that I would have got from that ticket? I give 250K to hobo's so im not going tobe a bitch about 11K

So why didn't you just give me a warning or help me with my hatchback? Honestly I couldn't careless about what money we were talking about.  You only decided to report me because of the fact that I jumped on your channel when you were "recording" which isn't cool as other wise this report wouldn't be happening.

I gavr you a warning. I decided to report you after all because you were playing music when we were just about to begin on our next take. Its not only you attitude ingame that counts. You can be a dick to me ingame and nice to me out game, then i wont report you.
 
You keep mentioning this music being played, however i can let you chop my left hand off upon the fact that i didn't play any bloody music?

 
Perhaps James Tyes sound recordings could say differently? Ill ask if he still got the recording

Edit: Admins can get james testimony if necesarry.

EDIT: No video, don't only ask james as i've already been in that channel right after you left and asked them and they all said that they didn't hear any music being played.

Ok cannot see any evidence of the music..

Chris firstly... take PC out of your name... secondly if i hear another report about DC Chris then the next ban will be perm
