Chop Shop

I am just a little bit curious of why the chop shop is no longer available.

If the problem was everyone was stealing cars for example, to counter this you could raise the price of lockpicks. Or you could lower the amount you receive for the car being chopped.

I am remotely new to this community so I have a lot of unanswered questions.

The chop shop was removed because a serious issue was found that could be exploited.

It's being fixed as far as I know and set to return.

Its the only way to promote balance in the game for ownership of vehicles, as well as give realism to auto-theft.  Most people who's cars are stolen never see them again.

A group of men came to the Kavala HQ and got the police to crush the vehicles they had. 
This is something you could do, would also give in a oportunity to have a great roleplay session!
