Chop shop Hunter bug

I managed to stumble across an unlocked police hunter earlier, so decided I go for a cruise to the chop shop. When I went to sell it it was going for 200k. Unfortunately the vehicle dissapeared then I couldn't access my Y menu either. Is there anyway I could be compensated the 200k?

Use this template, if I ak not mistaken. The sell price of the vehicle is equal to the chop price? As far as I know the Hunter sells for £0,- as it's free for police(used to be like this)? Anyway, just fill in the template and let the admins decide
