Description of what happened:So I came to the safe zone to talk to some people, after a while the heli crash landed in the safe zone and the guy jumped out of it. He got his rifle out and started shooting tires of a random car. I told him that hes not allowed to do that in the safe zone(My voice did not get recorded for some reason) In which he replayed making a joke out of me by saying "I dont know what ur saying... I dont know this zone" etc.After that i decided to make a report, while the video was saving I kept playing. The same guy after few minutes knocked out a random dude in a safe zone (There were other people around talking about bank robbery so I guess he wanted that random dude as a hostage) Than he zip tied him. I told him again that hes not allowed to do that and he just started saying that its not a green zone and just loughing at me.
P.S. He does not look new on this server so he should know the rules, but I dont think he cares about them.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
[SIZE=medium]6C) Weapons must be holstered inside green and blue zones at all times.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]6D) You are unable to rob/knockout anyone in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes, I told him that hes not allowed to do it but he just started loughing.
