Which Server did this happen on: Server 1
 
Description of what happened: This guy gave it legs after nicking a police car which he bailed as soon as he was getting shot at in Kavala Square. I chased him down, hit him with rubber bullets and restrained him. I got shot by someone else, but could still see Charlie on death screen and he "magically" unrestrained himself, then proceeded to loot my body and take my weapons.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Exploiting out of cuffs and looting dead body.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Wasn't on TS that I could see.

First I have been told that honestly, still a Blueberry after all.

But after speaking to a higher up officer, Drankazi RDMd me.
