Charlie (Lack of evidence)

Description of what happened: Was driving truck away from random people shooting at me that did not say anything and the player Charlie came up from the other direction right up to the truck and shot my player dead without speaking a word.
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: The player was not available to talk to afterwards.

You do know you need either a screenshot of the video showing the actions they did?

I read the rules and it does not say need.

 "Please post video evidence/screenshots here

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence)"
 
My friend that I was playing with said to just try it since the action was done but I do not have hard evidence. I do also understand that this might just be thrown away because it says: 2. Anyone who does not have any evidence who cannot provide value with evidence there post will be deleted, unless they are of a Admin rank.
