Description of what happened:we were informed by the Community Rep (DainMK) of a RDMer in Athira, so we drove to athira to bring the guy to prison, on arriving her tried to run away in a car, he was shot and killed whilst taking out the tyres on the vehicle.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:
RDM & Combatlogging 
 
RDM = Ban if no role-play, Remember this is a serious roleplay community therefore shooting people on sight with no roleplay is RDM, engage in roleplay at all times.
 
1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.

Indeed, several reports came in about this chap RDMing several people. I passed this on to the Athira Constabulary who went to resolve the situation. Things may have turned a little sour as far as restraining goes, but the combat log just goes to solidify the original RDM claim.
