Characters skin colour changed

I logged on and my characters whole appearance had changed except for the clothing and then i go to try to pick up my bike and cant find it in any car parks and cant be recovered from the impound. I've checked the car parks around the maps and i cant find it anywhere.

It would be good to include your steam ID so the dev team have the option of taking a closer look.
