the process to change your name is very subjective with the reason of why you are changing your name. In the UK you can literally change your name in less than a week. You shouldn't have to reason why you want to change your name. Maybe only able to change it once and from then on you have to reason.

Unfortunately this is not a popular suggestion and I feel that this would open to a lot of abuse. Surname changes due to marriages and other exceptional circumstances are considered. Therefore this suggestion will be rejected.
