Changing my name

So I want to change my name to "Danish" on the forums, since I've already change it to "Danish" on ts, because I couldn't fit all my tags with "Danish Pirate", but there's this guy back in 2014, who made an account with the name "Danish" and didn't even play for a month. He hasn't logged on ever since, and is probably never coming back, so I was wondering, that maybe his name could be changed to something else, so that I could have it or something like that?
