Full Description:
Post update it seems as though the Chameleon Paints have stopped working entirely. This issue can be seen on new cars when shopping for the paint, as well as existing cars with these paints applied. Please see the following clip where I show this:

Excellent news! This has now been fixed by the development team and will be released in a future server update.
