Description of what happened: Just spawn my heli, was lifting off Cbass and his group decided to try rob my heli which i was already in, cbass says in the video he is giving me 3 seconds to come back down, as i was about to land the heli he just shot me dead and scapped the hummingbird, i tried to have a little chat with Cbass asked if i can talk to him on teamspeak he laughed at me and said nothing to talk about, im sick of poor rp from this man, this isn't the first time i have had poor experiences from him. Talked to Imstyles in teamspeak about it he dragged Cbass in and Cbass couldnt be arsed and just started laughing again.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Rdm, poor roleplay
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes many times, ask imstyles aswell.

As you can see in the video he has more than enough the time comply but he decides not to. Ever since second 0:11 we were yelling at him to get out of the heli and he wasn't complying so we all opened fire as he was already 10 feet in the air. This is mostly fail RP from this man ive done nothing wrong.

You said 3 seconds I was about to land and you shot me you didn't give me a 3 second countdown even though you told me I have three seconds, I'm just going to wait for and admin and Imstyles to comment as he saw how rude you were. This is an adult community cbass act like it!!

Imstyles rudely dragged me from the channel that i was in while in the middle of an operation. There was no need in doing this as i said there was nothing to talk about because what i did wasnt wrong. And no in the video it doesnt seem like you were going to land you were clearly trying to get away

 
i accutally just dragged you in to speak to you very breifly as i couldnt move in teamspeak as my pc was crashing. i do aplogise if you thought it was rude. i was trying to sort the situation out before restarting my pc

 
Rejected, more warnings that you can shake a stick at and he even rotated to avoid being shot.

You made the choice to move, and it didn't work in your favor.

On a side note @imstyle being mentor doesn't give you the right to drag people into channels, you need to ask them first.
